It is an arm-length wooden stick that uses an arm-length wooden stick to perform 10 movements to help move the joints of the wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck, waist and other parts. If you stick to a set of exercises every day, you can prevent and relieve physical problems, such as sciatica, vascular syndrome, tennis player, 50 shoulders, etc. 易筋棒係一項普羅大眾都適合嘅運動,利用一支手臂長度的木棒做出十式動作,幫助活動手腕、手肘、肩膀、頸部、腰部等各部分嘅關節。若每日行常堅持進行一套易筋棒運動,更可預防同紓緩身體毛病,如:坐骨神經痛、血管綜合症、網球手、五十肩等等。
